See Competition ResultsIf any of this sounds like you…
- Even while you dance, something feels empty. In the dance, you lose track of who you are.
- You love dancing, yet there are moments you lose yourself, swayed by the judges.
- You want to move beyond "lessons that just hand you choreography" and build your own style.
- You want to truly express yourself through dance.
- You want to understand the roots and culture of street dance — the "why" behind every movement.
The answer can only be found while you dance.
What is FreeSpirit Dance Method
A unique method blending technique × mindset × meditation × breath.
Moving the body, calming the mind, discovering who you are.
These three were, in truth, always one.

Student Voices
Once I could dance from “how I feel” instead of technique alone, the pressure of battling changed. It stopped being about wanting to win — it became about wanting to show who I am.
I had always danced in “I have to look good” mode. In Conscious P’s lessons, for the first time, I felt what it’s like to dance without worrying about being judged. After every lesson, my body feels lighter.
Nothing like lessons where you just memorize choreography. He draws out my own movement, rhythm, and feel. A place that teaches the “why” of street dance is truly rare.
